The paper of the traffic inspector recruitment exam has also been leaked in the Himachal Pradesh Transport Department. After probing the matter, now the Special Investigation Team has registered a case at Hamirpur Vigilance Police Station on Wednesday.
This is the fifth FIR. This time FIR has been registered in the postcode 819 traffic inspector recruitment case. In this, a case has been registered against the suspended senior assistant of the commission, Uma Azad, both sons Nitin and Nikhil, and candidate Ravi Kumar.
So far, SIT has registered five cases concerning the recruitment of six different posts. 39,938 candidates applied for the six posts.
On 22 August 2021, 14,640 candidates appeared for the written examination. On December 23, 22 candidates were selected for the evaluation test of 15 marks.
On the basis of merit, the Commission gave successful declared appointments to the candidates Ravi Kumar, Abhishek Daryal, Anurag Sharma, Kamlesh, Balwant Singh, and Hemant Sharma on January 2022.
After the registration of the FIR, his job is in jeopardy. A hearing is to be held on Thursday on the application given by Vigilance in Hamirpur Court for taking voice samples of the four accused who are in judicial custody.
On Wednesday, the SIT questioned former secretary Dr. Jitendra Kanwar in various matters. On the other hand, ADGP Vigilance Satwant Atwal said that an FIR has been registered in the traffic inspector recruitment case. Soon the upcoming action will be implemented.
Lock of the Door of the Dissolved Selection Commission will Open Today
The lock of the office of the disbanded Staff Selection Commission will open on Thursday. HAS officer Anupam Kumar has been appointed as OSD in the Commission.
The SIT was seeking records required for the probe, but no employee of the commission is allowed to enter the office.
Now, permission has been given to take the services of essential employees from among the former employees to make the records available.
