Ten Thousand Fine may have to be Paid on Late Fees, Dispute Over Examination Fees in Technical University Hamirpur

The first big news has come to the fore among the decisions of the review that started after the formation of the government in Himachal.

As soon as the Congress assumed power, 37 projects worth Rs 223 crore have been approved in NABARD. Himachal had received this amount in the month of December last and now the Public Works Department will complete their tender process.

All the projects which have been approved under NABARD are outside the review decision of the government. The Public Works Department will complete all these projects. The projects that have been approved include four bridges and other roads.

The tender process at the level of the Public Works Department has definitely been stopped, but the government has not raised questions on the process of the projects which are coming after getting approval from the Centre. In such a situation, the way has been cleared for the construction of 37 roads and bridges in rural areas.

Prior to this, a big bridge was also approved for Ghumarwin of Bilaspur just before the assembly elections. Due to the Model Code of Conduct, the construction of the bridge could not start, but now the Public Works Department has started the process of getting the tender of this bridge approved through NABARD.

She went to the forest to do penance for the remaining life. She belonged to a demonic caste, so she decided to perform severe penance by sitting on a big rock to erase her demonic identity.

In this way, after many years, her penance was successful and she got the honor and respect of being a goddess. When the Goddess Hidimba attained her glory of being a goddess by penance, a temple has been built on this rock in her memory. The temple was built in AD 1553 by Maharaja Bahadur Singh. This Hidimba temple has been constructed around a cave.

The state government has put a complete ban on illegally bringing and selling fruit plants from outside states without proper documents. Regarding this, instructions have been issued to the concerned authorities to stop the consignment of such plants at every entrance of the state.

Apart from this, the Director, Horticulture Department has also authorized all the jurisdictional officers to take action as per the rules against the sellers of fruit trees brought illegally.

This decision has been taken keeping in view the diseases affecting fruit plants. It should be noted that these days the work of transplanting plants to be planted in autumn is going on in the state. For this, gardeners are buying fruit plants as per their requirement.

These fruit plants are provided to the gardeners by the Horticulture Department, but it has been seen that the gardeners are also buying plants from some nursery growers who are not registered by the Horticulture Department.

The department has completely banned the illegal bringing and selling of fruit plants from outside states without proper documents. Departmental officials suspect that disease like phytoplasma is spreading in peach and cherry plants in the state due to plants coming from outside.

Controversy Over Closure of Cement plants in Barmana and Darlaghat Reached the High Court

The-dispute-over-the-closure-of-the-cement-plant-reached-the-High-Court

The dispute over the closure of cement plants in Barmana and Darlaghat has reached the High Court. Petitioner Rajneesh Sharma has challenged the decision of M/s Adani Group to close the cement plant.

During the hearing of the matter on Tuesday, the court found some errors in the petition. The petitioner withdrew the petition and requested to file it again.

A division bench of Chief Justice AA Syed and Justice Jyotsna Rewal Dua allowed the petitioner to file the petition again.

It was alleged in the petition that M/s Adani Group suddenly closed both the plants. Lives of thousands of families associated with this business have been played with.

4,000 trucks were engaged in cement transportation at Barmana Cement Plant. Similarly, in Darlaghat too, 3,500 families depended on cement transportation. All these trucks are now standing on the road, due to which traffic jam also persists.

Truck operators as well as mechanics, dhabas, petrol pumps etc. have suffered direct losses due to the closure of the cement plant. M/s Adani Group had bought both these cement plants last year itself and had promised to provide employment to the local people.

Also assured to work for the welfare of the state. But within a year Adani Group locked both the cement plants. All those families who have given their agricultural land to set up the plant are dependent on cement transportation.

The-dispute-over-the-closure-of-the-cement-plant-reached-the-High-Court

Such people have spent a huge amount to buy the truck. It has also become difficult to repay the loan installment due to the closure of the plant.

Before closing both the cement plants, the Adani Group neither gave one month’s notice to the state government nor informed the labor department about the closure of the plants as per rules.

Not only this, Himachal Pradesh is a cement producing state, but the cost of cement is high as compared to other states.

The police posts will not only fulfill the long pending demand of the public but also reduce the growing threat along the India-China border.

An analysis by the team of seven IPS officers who visited the border villages and the international border found that the population of these villages was dwindling due to lack of economic opportunities and only old women were left in most of the border villages.

Remote and isolated villages are being developed in Kinnaur and Lahaul-Spiti districts along the China border. In the last two years, the infrastructure on the India-China border has been strengthened, in which road facilities and air defense systems, communication facilities, intelligence systems have been strengthened.

Government should Restore the Recruitment of JBT, The Union Demanded Relief From CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu

In the Education Department of Himachal Pradesh, the demand for starting JBT commission and recruitment on batch-wise basis has arisen once again. In this regard, a delegation of JBT met Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu and raised the demand to start these recruitments.

In fact, soon after coming to power, the new government had talked about reviewing the decisions of the last six months in all the departments, for which this process of recruitment was also stopped. Now approval will have to be taken from the cabinet of the new government for these recruitments.

The process of JBT Batchwise Recruitment was also started after a lot of effort from the candidates. JBT and B.Ed are currently fighting on commission basis and this matter is in the court, because HP Board had declared B.Ed also eligible for TET exam,

but before this dispute arose, batch-wise recruitment was done on the demand of the candidates. The process of recruitment was started district wise, but now this process of recruitment has stopped.

JBT recruitments could not be done in schools for the last four years and now when the new government will form the cabinet, only after that it will be decided when these recruitments will happen. There are no teachers in the schools of the state to teach pre-primary and primary children for the last four years.

This is directly affecting the education of the children. 3495 posts of JBT i.e. Junior Basic Teacher are vacant in the primary schools of the entire state. In such a situation, these schools are running without primary teachers.

For the last four years, demands are being made to fill the vacant posts in the schools, but till now these posts have not been filled. Most of the posts are vacant in district Kangra. There are 647 vacancies going on here.

Along with this, Mandi is second in vacant posts. In JBT recruitments on commission basis, it is yet to be seen whether BEd people are allowed or not.
